Available hat Sizes:

We provide two main sizes for our hats: Medium and Large. 

It's important to note that although we don't offer a Size Small, our Size Medium is purposely crafted to cater to a variety of head sizes, including smaller measurements. 

Both of our sizes have an inner band incorporated, accommodating different head sizes and shapes, and ensuring a flexible and comfortable fit.

• Size Medium: Crafted to fit head circumferences ranging from 22-22.8 in / 56-58 cm / 7-7¼
• Size Large: Crafted to fit head circumferences ranging from 23.6-24.4 in / 60-62 cm/ 7½ – 7¾

Taking A Measurement:

To ensure you measure the circumference of your head accurately, measure your head using a flexible (cloth/plastic) tape measure. 

The tape measure needs to be over the middle of your forehead, just above your ears and sit midway at the back of your head. Do not pull the tape too tightly unless you want your hat to be as tight. Placing two fingers above the ears or in the middle of the forehead will give you a more comfortable fit and accurate measurement.

We ethically source our crystals through eco-friendly mining practices and fair labor conditions, ensuring sustainability and fair treatment of workers.

Feathers Chosen with Reverence

Our feathers are gathered with reverence—collected through natural molting or from free-range farms that honor the spirit of the animal. Each feather carries teachings of protection, guidance, and lightness, becoming a quiet blessingwoven into every Inara design.

Our leather is sustainably sourced, focusing on minimizing waste and adhering to fair labor practices.

While we strive to make the best choices in sourcing materials, we acknowledge that there is always more to be done. In partnership with One Tree Planted, each hat sold is a step towards reforestation, protecting endangered species, restoring ecosystems, and enhancing soil stability.

We are committed to continuously improving our practices and working towards a more sustainable future, even though we know we are not perfect.

To keep your hat looking its best, we recommend gently brushing off dirt with a soft brush. For stains, use a damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid soaking or submerging the hat in water, and store it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

Shipping & Delivery:

• Canada: Standard shipping via Canada Post, typically 2–7 business days.
• United States: Choose your preferred carrier at checkout (Canada Post or Purolator). Delivery usually takes 3–10 business days.
• Other International Destinations: Available at checkout. Delivery times vary by location.

Customs & Duties:
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees that may apply. These are collected by the carrier at delivery.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the delivery option you select.

We aim to dispatch orders within 24–48 hours during the workweek. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on Monday evening.

Custom orders take 15–20 business days to prepare, in addition to the delivery time.

As each hat is meticulously handcrafted, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please ensure you review our Size Guide and product descriptions carefully before making a purchase. If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 14 days of receipt for assistance.
