Available hat Sizes:

We provide two main sizes for our hats: Medium and Large. 

It's important to note that although we don't offer a Size Small, our Size Medium is purposely crafted to cater to a variety of head sizes, including smaller measurements. 

Both of our sizes have an inner band incorporated, accommodating different head sizes and shapes, and ensuring a flexible and comfortable fit.

• Size Medium: Crafted to fit head circumferences ranging from 56-58 cm (FITS THE MAJORITY OF HEAD SIZES)
• Size Large: Crafted to fit head circumferences ranging from 58-60 cm.

Taking A Measurement:

To ensure you measure the circumference of your head accurately, measure your head using a flexible (cloth/plastic) tape measure. 

The tape measure needs to be over the middle of your forehead, just above your ears and sit midway at the back of your head. Do not pull the tape too tightly unless you want your hat to be as tight. Placing two fingers above the ears or in the middle of the forehead will give you a more comfortable fit and accurate measurement.

• Feathers: Our hats are adorned with feathers obtained through a humane and responsible process. We work with trusted suppliers who collect naturally molted feathers, ensuring no harm to birds and prioritizing their well-being.
• Leather: Our leather is sustainably sourced, focusing on minimizing waste and adhering to fair labor practices.

While we strive to make the best choices in sourcing materials, we acknowledge that there is always more to be done. In partnership with One Tree Planted, each hat sold is a step towards reforestation, protecting endangered species, restoring ecosystems, and enhancing soil stability. For every hat purchased, a tree is planted, contributing to global environmental efforts. We are committed to continuously improving our practices and working towards a more sustainable future, even though we know we are not perfect.

To keep your hat looking its best, we recommend gently brushing off dirt with a soft brush. For stains, use a damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid soaking or submerging the hat in water, and store it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

We understand the importance of making our hats available to a wider audience and are actively working towards expanding our shipping options to include international destinations in the near future. Shipping rates are determined at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery option. We aim to dispatch orders within 24 to 48 hours during the workweek. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on Monday evening. Custom orders take 15 to 20 business days to prepare, in addition to the delivery time. Standard delivery usually takes 3 to 7 business days after dispatch, varying based on your location and selected shipping method.

As each hat is meticulously handcrafted, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please ensure you review our Size Guide and product descriptions carefully before making a purchase. If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 14 days of receipt for assistance.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. Use this number to track your shipment on the courier’s website.
