Due to the customized and artisanal nature of our products, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges, including on gift cards. We encourage you to review all product details thoroughly before making a purchase and contact us with any questions.


Error or Defect

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

  • Reporting Period: Product errors or defects must be reported within 14 days of delivery. Failure to do so cancels the right to return or request a replacement.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs if the item must be returned, except in cases where the product is defective or incorrect.


International Orders

For international orders, please note:

  • Customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, and any fees charged by their country.

  • These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost and cannot be refunded by Inara Hat Co.

  • If a package is returned due to unpaid customs duties or refusal at customs, we cannot offer a refund.
