Shipping policy

Order Preparation

Each of our products is handcrafted with great care and attention to detail. Due to the artisanal nature of our items, order preparation may take between 15 to 20 business days. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we create your unique piece.


Shipping Responsibility

We are dedicated to ensuring your order arrives safely. However, once your package is with the shipping company, we are not responsible for any loss, damage, or delays that may occur during transit. Should any issues arise, customers must file claims directly with the shipping company.


Domestic Shipping (Canada)

Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, package weight, and chosen delivery method.

Delivery Times: After the preparation period, delivery within Canada typically takes 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location and selected shipping option.


International Shipping

Availability: We currently ship to the United States, the European Union, the United Kingdom, Australia, and New Zealand, in addition to Canada. We may expand shipping to additional countries in the future.

Shipping Terms: International shipments are shipped Delivered at Place (DAP), also known as Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). This means that customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country. These fees are not included in our prices and must be paid upon delivery.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times: Shipping rates for international orders will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, package weight, and chosen delivery method. Delivery times will vary depending on the destination and shipping option selected.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this information to monitor the delivery status of your package via the courier’s website.
