  • Policy: Due to the handcrafted and custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds, including on gift cards.

  • Error or Defect: If an item is defective or incorrect, please contact us immediately. Claims must be reported within 14 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

7. Shipping Policy

  • Order Preparation: Each of our products is handcrafted with care. Preparation may take 15 to 20 business days.

  • Domestic Shipping: We ship within Canada. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on delivery address and package weight. Delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days after order preparation.

  • International Shipping: We are expanding shipping to international destinations. International customers will be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, and fees in their country. These charges are not included in product prices and must be paid upon delivery. Shipping is Delivered at Place (DAP/DDU) — customers are responsible for all import costs.

  • Shipping Responsibility: We ensure orders are securely packed, but once a package is with the carrier, we are not liable for loss or damage. Customers must file claims directly with the shipping company.

  • Tracking Orders: Tracking information will be emailed once the order is shipped.

  • For international shipments, customers are responsible for all import taxes, duties, and customs fees.
